An Ode To Mustache: A poem

An Ode To Mustache: A poem
By: Hannah A.

 If I had a mustache
I would be as happy as can be
for a mustache is a pleasure
for the eye to see.

If I had a mustache
I would be powerful and strong
with my upper lip accessory,
I could do no wrong!

If I had a mustache
I would gloat all around
until all of the bare-lipped frowned.

If I had a mustache
I could be the mayor and say,
"To jail, all of you naysayer's!"

If I had a mustache
I would be a tester
throwing out jokes left and right
since I'd be a jester.

If I had a mustache
I would be quite dignified
since all of my grown up traits would be magnified.

If I had a mustache
I would carry a comb in my back pocket,
I'd trim it every month,
keeping the hair in a locket.

If I had a mustache
the ends would pop and curl,
accenting my teeth, the color of a rare, ivory pearl.

If I had a mustache
people would start to whisper
and my mustache would droop,
leaving me not very chipper.

If I had a mustache
the space occupied would begin to simmer,
and my gaze would  turn towards the trimmers.

If I had a mustache
I would shave it all off,
"FREE AT LAST", I scoff.

If only I only had a mustache,
I would no longer be a girl
and quite often feel ill
and HURL!

This is my sweeeet poem I wrote during free write in english today. isn't it awesome? xD

lot's of lurrrve,
hannah
